Company mission and vision:

We are providing customers with scientifically based, efficient, high-quality laboratory services in the food and agricultural sector, which consistently exceeds the expectations of interested parties.

We are implementing laboratory research methods corresponding to European standards and management of laboratory procedures by competent, professional practitioners.

Our quality policy is as follows:

Establish a demonstration place in the Caucasus in the practical implementation of high-quality, reliable, and innovative test, and calibration laboratory approaches.

To improve the corporate image: by increasing the effectiveness of the quality management system, the correct planning of the quality assurance strategy and goals, focusing on the farmer, entrepreneur, business operator, and other interested parties, and the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.

The quality objectives established by the organization in the field of service are:

  • Fulfillment of legal requirements, implementation of national and international guidelines and quality standards/protocols for the management of testing laboratories;
  • Constant analysis and improvement of identification of client/stakeholder needs and satisfaction assessment with practical service-oriented approaches, constant increase in the number of clients;
  • Monitoring and continuous improvement of the technical infrastructure, which allows for improving the results through regular analysis of the service;
  • Continuous improvement of the quality and procedures of laboratory studies;
  • Implementation of a continuous system of training and retraining for laboratory personnel. The constant motivation of employees to innovate.
